Evan L'Roy is a native Texan photojournalist, currently living near Montpelier, Vermont. He is available for assignments across the northeast.
He graduated from The University of Texas with degrees in Journalism and Radio/Television/Film, before working as the first staff photojournalist for The Texas Tribune as a Poynter-Koch fellow, where he specialized in long-form visual projects, including investigative partnerships with the Washington Post. Evan also worked at the Tribune as a contracted associate photo editor and the Spring 2021 photo fellow.
When he is not photographing, you can expect to find him falling off large rocks or reading science fiction comics.
